Institutions remain net property sellers

Property Archive reported that, thanks to the office sector, investment market activity rose for the seventh month in a row in November. But there are now signs of a nascent sell-off by investing institutions. While this may simply reflect normal seasonal influences, it could be a sign that sentiment towards property is souring. It is something to keep an eye on over the coming months.
