Norges Bank leaves door open for another rate hike

This morning’s decision by the Norges Bank to raise its policy rate from 1.00% to 1.25% came as no surprise. But while policymakers left the door open for further rates hikes in 2019, we think there is only room for one more 25bp hike in the current tightening cycle.
