Nordic investment activity reached record highs in 2015

Commercial property investment in 2015 in the Nordics reached its highest level on record. This was driven by a large increase in the average deal size and strong growth in demand from foreign investors. We think that activity will remain strong in 2016, leading to further property yield falls.
