OPEC’s November Report, and recent comments by the organisation’s secretary general, suggest OPEC is becoming more optimistic about the prospects for demand for its crude in 2020. This may be an indication that deeper output cuts in 2020 are becoming less likely.   We are sending this publication again due to a technical error in our sending process.
