Colombia GDP (Q1)

The sharp slowdown in Colombian GDP growth in Q1 was due in part to a 3%-pt hike in VAT at the start of this year. We expect Q1 to be the bottom, but the risks to our below-consensus GDP growth forecast for this year now lie to the downside.
