Hopes that a new leadership team at the Bank of Japan will deliver real change probably have a little further to run, even though the transition could still become quite messy. However, the latest Economy Watchers Survey has underlined just how big a task the Abe government has to meet the very high expectations now spreading well beyond the financial markets.
