Croatia’s recovery set to disappoint

The worst of the downturn in Croatia may have passed but the economy is still facing an uphill struggle. We expect GDP to grow by just 0.5% this year and by 2.0% in 2011, compared to average annual growth rates of 5% between 2002 and 2008.
