Swiss National Bank Policy Meeting (Mar. 2024)

The SNB became the first G10 central bank to cut rates this policy cycle, reducing its policy rate by 25bp to 1.5% today. This was in line with our non-consensus forecast, and with the Bank sounding more dovish and inflation likely to undershoot its forecasts, we continue to expect two more rate cuts this year.
