Nationwide House Prices (Feb.)

The further substantial rise in house prices in February took the increase since the pandemic began to a round 20% and begs the question whether house prices are getting too high. While we do think that rising mortgage rates will bring down the curtain on the COVID-19 housing market boom, we do not expect prices to fall.
