Brexit implications for property revisited

The heavy defeat of Mrs May’s Brexit deal in Parliament means it is more likely that Article 50 will be extended. The greater uncertainty this implies will impact on both the UK economy and on commercial property. But the bigger picture remains unchanged – all-property capital values will fall, though the range of decline is manageable at 4% to 9% over the next two years.
