Slowdown in rental and capital value growth

Rental value growth slowed to 1.6% y/y, from a recent high of 2% y/y in March. The retail sector continues to lead the slowdown, with annual rental value growth now declining across all the retail sub-sectors. Meanwhile, office sector rental value growth, at 1.7% y/y, has risen above the all-property average.
