Sugar on a real high, but oil prices slump

Commodity prices, including oil, fell on concerns about softer economic growth and some appreciation of the US dollar. We expect a weaker demand outlook to continue to weigh on the prices of the more industrial commodities. In contrast, the prices of a number of agricultural commodities jumped on the back of the appreciation of the Brazilian real.
