Mortgage Delinquencies (Q4)
The decline in mortgage delinquencies in the fourth quarter is another positive development for the housing market, but the foreclosure pipeline remains full to bursting. If the robo-signing settlement revives the foreclosure machine and results in more of these homes being put up for sale later this year, some of the recent decline in the excess supply could be reversed.
