Capital Economics

Ed Stansfield manages our commercial property and housing market research. He has degrees in Economics from Sussex and York and began his career at the UK Treasury where he worked as an Economic Adviser. Ed joined Capital Economics from UBS where he was responsible for analysing the UK and euro-zone economies. Ed regularly presents our views on the property market to our clients and appears frequently in the media.

At Capital Economics he works closely with the UK Economics team and ensures that the many links between the property market and the UK economy are fully incorporated in our thinking and our modeling work.
