Rebound in Moscow commercial property prices will stall

December’s anti-government protests in Russia will no doubt have put political uncertainty back at the forefront of investors’ minds. Together with the prospect of much weaker economic growth this year and continued declines in global risk appetite, this suggests little if any scope for Moscow property yields to fall. With the rental outlook also subdued, the rebound in Moscow property prices will stall in 2012.
