The relative importance of the banking and financial services industries to the Frankfurt office market could mean that occupier demand will recover faster here than elsewhere in Germany. Meanwhile, with relatively low availability in the most sought-after central districts and a small speculative development pipeline, the outlook for prime office rental values in Frankfurt is relatively bright.
